Shipping All shipping rates are based on your purchase amount. Rates are subject to change without notice, however, any changes will be posted here. Final shipping rates will be determined at the end of your checkout session. All orders will be automatically shipped via either UPS, FedEx, or DHL, unless otherwise necessary. The carrier will be chose at the time of shipping out the products. You will receive an email will detailed information of your shipment, including your tracking number. (*NOTE: All items throughout the site are listed as weighing 00.00 lbs. This is due to the fact that shipping costs are not calculated by weight*). Shipping costs are based on the total of your order. Each order has a minimum shipping charge as specified.
For example, if the total of your order is $100, your shipping charge will be $20.00. Our company covers any cost over what you pay for shipping. If the total cost to ship your items is $30.00 on a $100.00 order, we pay the extra $10.00. If you're not sure how to figure the shipping cost of an item, just add it to your shopping cart. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the correct shipping for you. Then you can remove it. 2. How long does shipping take? Please allow up to 72 hours (in addition to your expected shipping time) once you place your order to allow time for processing and and handling before the products are shipped. 3. Do you ship internationally? As of right now, we only ship within the United States. We are working towards international shipping, and will post a notice as soon as we are capable of doing so. 4. How do I get a tracking number for my order? You will receive tracking information once your products have shipped, so it is important to provide us with a correct email address. If we fail to send you any tracking information, please go to the Contact Us section and write a request with your name and order number. We will email you your tracking number immediately. We will not currently ship to a PO Box, for the following reasons: • No tracking information. PO Box deliveries must go by USPS. There is no tracking available on these shipments. Providing a physical address will allow us to ship via carrier and have highly accurate tracking. Hopefully, this helps you understand why it’s important for you to provide a physical address. The benefits of carrier shipping over USPS are sure to create a better shopping experience for you, our valued customer. Returns In the event that you must return one or more items, we ask you to please contact our company personally before taking any steps.
